Terms of use

Who can use it
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or buy anything. By signing up you confirm that you are.
What this is
YourBrand turns prompts and photos into video and images using third-party AI models. You need an account to generate anything.
Credits
Generation costs credits, and credits are spent when a render is submitted — not when it succeeds. A model that accepts a job and then fails has still used compute we paid for, so those credits are gone. If a request never reaches the model at all, nothing is charged. Where a failure is clearly our fault, write to us and we will put the credits back by hand. Credits are also spent on the steps a scene is built from - each message to the scene director, each character or place drawn - and the price is shown on screen before anything is spent. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not exchangeable for money.
Payments
New accounts receive a one-time starting balance of free credits; it is not renewed. The paid plan renews monthly, or yearly if you chose yearly billing, until you cancel. Yearly billing is charged up front for twelve months, with the credits still added once a month. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period you are in — we do not refund part-used periods. Credits bought as top-ups are non-refundable once any of them is used, and do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel before it does.
What you make
You keep whatever rights you have in what you generate, subject to the terms of the model providers underneath. You are responsible for what you prompt and for having the rights to anything you upload — a photo of a person, a logo, a piece of music, somebody else’s artwork. We do not check that you have those rights and we cannot.
What you may not do
The full list is the Acceptable Use Policy and it forms part of these terms. The short version: nothing sexual involving minors, no intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, nothing that promotes terrorism or attacks people for who they are, nothing made to harass or defraud, and nothing presented as a genuine record of something that did not happen. We remove such content and close the accounts behind it.
Other people's rights
Do not use somebody’s face, voice or name without their permission, and do not infringe copyright or trademarks. If a rights holder tells us something of theirs is here, we remove it — see the DMCA page for how that works and what a notice must contain.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people’s rights are terminated. We keep a record of warnings and removals. This is a condition of the legal protection every platform hosting user content relies on, so it is enforced rather than merely stated.
You indemnify us
If somebody brings a claim against us because of what you made, uploaded or published here, you agree to cover it — the claim itself and the reasonable legal costs of dealing with it. This is the trade for a tool that lets you upload anything and prompt anything: you decide what to make, so you carry what that decision causes. It does not cover claims arising from our own wrongdoing.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is. Generative models are probabilistic and sometimes produce output that is wrong, ugly, unusable, or unexpectedly similar to something that already exists. We do not warrant that output is original, accurate, fit for any particular purpose, or free of third-party rights, and you should check anything you intend to publish commercially.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost work, lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it cannot.
Everything here is machine-generated
Output is produced by AI models and carries a marker saying so. Removing that marker to pass work off as a real recording breaks these terms, and in a growing number of countries it also breaks the law.
Public by default
Videos are public and appear in Explore unless you are on a paid plan and choose to hide them. Images are private by default. Anything public can be seen, shared and remixed by other people.
Availability
The service depends on external model providers. It can be slow, degraded, or unavailable, and we do not guarantee that any particular model stays available.
Ending it
You can stop whenever you like; a subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and we will do so immediately and without notice where the content is illegal or someone is being harmed.
